Using impulze.ai to find influencers?
The app’s search feature has seven options for searching for influencers:
1. Keyword/Magic Keywords
2. Bio-Keywords
3. Similar Followers
4. Similar Niche
5. Hashtags
6. Mentions
7. Username
This blog discusses how you can use each option. Knowing how to use each option correctly is important because the search results depend on your input in the search bar.
Suppose you want to find Instagram influencers who post about skincare. First, use the filters bar on the left to choose the location of the influencers. You can now use multiple options to find the influencers that meet your criteria.
Here’s how you can use each option to get precise results:
1. Keyword/Magic Keywords
This is a super quick way to find influencers that fit your criteria. Consider this: you want to work with a dermatologist who has worked with your competitor, CeraVe.
You can find such influencers in two ways:
i) Choose the 'Keywords' option in the drop-down on the left and type ‘[dermatologist], @CeraVe’
ii) Use the magic keywords button close to the ‘Search’ button. It’ll open a pop-up. Type ‘dermatologist’ under ‘Biokeywords’ and ‘@CeraVe’ under ‘Mentions’ in the form. Click on ‘add keywords’. Watch the video below to see how you can do this.
You can also use this pop-up to add more search criteria like ‘Post Caption’ and ‘Hashtags’.
So, say you’re looking for a dermatologist who has mentioned the brand CeraVe and the word ‘cleanser’ in their post’s caption. Watch the video below to see how you can do this.:
2. Bio-Keywords
Want to work with a skincare influencer who’s a dermatologist? Choose the bio-keywords option in the drop-down on the left and type ‘dermatologist’ in the search bar.
3. Similar Followers
Let’s say you found Dr. Kristina Collin, a dermatologist when you searched using the bio-keywords option. You checked her audience demographic report and want to find influencers who have followers like hers.
To do this, choose ‘Similar Followers’ in the drop-down menu on the left and paste Kristina’s profile link into the search bar. Once you click search, the app will show you influencers who have followers similar to Kristina’s.
4. Similar Niche
If you want to find influencers who post content similar to Dr. Kristina’s, choose ‘Similar Niche’ from the drop-down menu on the left and paste her profile link into the search bar.
5. Hashtags
Suppose you want to work with skincare influencers who have posted about sunscreen in the past. Type ‘#sunscreen’ in the search bar and click ‘Search.’ The app will show a list of influencers who have used the word ‘#sunscreen’ in their posts.
6. Mentions
You can use the search bar to find influencers who have worked with your competitors. For instance, if you want to find an influencer who has mentioned the brand Neutrogena in their post, choose ‘Mentions’ in the drop-down menu on the left and type ‘@neutrogena’ in the search bar.
7. Username
Let’s consider that you came across skincare influencer Dr Tamara’s profile while scrolling and want to find out about her engagement rate and audience demographics.
Here’s a quick way to find out: choose the username option from the drop-down menu on the left, copy her username ‘drlazicnyc,’ and paste it into the search bar. If her profile is a part of our database, it will appear below. You can click ‘View Report’ for more details about her.
